Anchor, a global integrated creative/media agency, is hiring a Senior Digital Marketer to join our Soho-based New York City office. We are seeking a highly analytical, structured thinker who can work with complex data sets, drive insights and clearly communicate findings to a diverse set of stakeholders.

This role is for a technical marketer and full-funnel thinker with demonstrable digital media planning and buying experience who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment for an opportunity to work on dynamic and challenging campaigns.

This opportunity is hybrid. Significant time will be spent planning, executing and optimizing search, social and programmatic campaigns. Additionally, this role will support Strategy, Insights and Creative teams range of projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • BA/BSc preferred. Totally OK with demonstrable intelligence/experience.

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing or growth marketing

  • Significant experience with social media buying (Facebook, Twitter etc), search and programmatic (TTD, Centro). Media agency or brand preferred.

  • Experience implementing and QAing pixels and tags (E.G. GTM).

  • Proficient working with Microsoft Excel.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excels at working cross-functionally.

  • Contribute to weekly, monthly, and annual reporting needs and insights

  • Not required, though very nice to have: Copywriting, Photoshop, SQL, Python, Javascript, HTML, CSS

Requirements

  • Assist with client onboarding and the establishment of SOPs.

  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end programmatic, social and search buys across multiple markets that support efficient customer acquisition and retention strategies.

  • Deliver insights and recommendations across multiple parts of customer journey to identify key growth opportunities

  • Analyze large datasets to draw meaningful insights and continually optimize campaign performance and strategy against KPIs and campaign objectives.

  • Regularly create reports that provide `campaign performance insights.

  • Work with key platform partners, focusing on ad product & creative innovation, audience and data strategy, and measurement and attribution opportunities

  • Responsible for end-to-end tracking of campaigns and testing across marketing initiatives.
