Anchor, a global integrated creative/media agency, is seeking a talented analyst to help derive actionable insights and optimizations from various social media programs across multiple best-in-class clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about deriving the “why” behind social media content success or failure. This candidate has a unique blend of analytical skills, combined with an understanding of brand positioning, and an ability to identify emerging social media trends.


Responsibilities

  • Synthesize insights from numerous social data sources into digestible reports to inform social tactics, content creation, and business decisions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations that build a narrative through storytelling and data visualization.
  • Proactively identify trends and opportunities for our clients.
  • Establish and maintain industry and brand social media benchmarks.
  • Create, maintain and pull data from social media analytics dashboards

Requirements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a social media data analyst
  • Bachelor’s Degree in quant-related field - STEM, business, marketing
  • Experience analyzing organic and paid social data from platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube, and Tiktok
  • Hands-on experience with a social listening tool such as Brandwatch, Netbase, Sprinklr, Socialbakers, Sprout Social, Digimind
  • Demonstrable data wrangling and mining skills
  • Expert at Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Keynote
