Anchor, a global integrated creative/media agency, is hiring a Strategy Director to lead day-to-day strategic efforts for teams working with retainer clients such as BMW, Spotify and other national brands. We are seeking a candidate with the right mix of creativity, curiosity, and quantitative skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate is someone who intimately understands the social and digital landscape, thrives on insights and innovation, and has a proven track record as a successful leader for both brands and teams.
The Strategy Director is a key partner for our clients, responsible for helping set and execute brand vision. He or she should traffic in deep cultural insights, and should have a proven track record in enacting those insights across creative, as well as the ability to refine and expound based on performance. As an integrated agency, our ideal candidate is someone who is able to apply their expertise from brief and ideation all the way through to tracking and measurement.
